  Q3: What is your company’s warranty policy? 

A: Our standard products are 2-3year warranty.

For Product quality problems, we generally redeliver or refund.

Q4. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?  

A: We have factories with specialized R&D teams focusing on design, engineering, electronics, optics and processing, etc. 

Q5. Do you have to sign a confidentiality agreement? 

A: MGLED pays high attention to intellectual property of both parties, so we will sign a confidentiality agreement to protect our intellectual property. For your ODM/new items, we promise you that we will never show it in public or show it to other clients.
